My KC Doula is a concierge doula service, striving to provide individualized support to your family through pregnancy, birth and beyond. We pride ourselves on being the best doulas in Kansas City. As you make your way through early parenthood, we are here to bring you unbiased and non-judgemental support, every step of the way. We believe in building bridges with care providers to offer our clients professional support in whatever choices they make. Each family's story is different. As a doula with 10 years of experience, Samantha Moore wanted to create a professional and balanced space when she first started My KC Doula. The beliefs of our small business are based on evidence based care, professionalism and unfailing support for our clients. We are the doulas that know exactly what to do in stressful situations. We know how to create a warm, calm and structured environment for your birth experience. We feel confident in our ability to support each and every family exactly where they are, no matter what choices they make. Our clients come to us because we offer a joyful and calming response to a sometimes stress filled experience.

My KC Doula is considered an agency model of doula care. That means that each client works with two doulas on their team. The doulas work with an on call system to best support both our clients and their families! It truly is the best of both worlds. You never have to worry about a back up doula, someone going on vacation or your doula’s sick kids. We are committed to caring for our clients with compassion and true non-judgemental support that doesn’t quit! Each of our doulas is certified or actively working toward certification to provide the best experience possible. We take care of our doulas so that they can take care of you!

Goldie's Birth

One of my dreams has always been to have a peaceful, beautiful home birth where I can give birth in the water and immediately snuggle up with baby in my bed! That was the plan for three years as we tried and tried to get pregnant with Goldie.
