The last few weeks have been surreal. Life has stopped and forged ahead at the same time. Covid-19 has stopped many of us in our tracks as we figure out what our businesses, families and lives will look like in the coming months. We are there with you! We see as our clients make difficult, life changing decisions as they move through their pregnancy and postpartum experiences and we feel so deeply for you.
Today I wanted to talk about what postpartum care looks like during this crazy and weird time.
We are still offering postpartum services in our clients home. Obviously caring for your babies is a precious opportunity that we take very seriously. During this time of unsurety and stress, we want to make sure that your experience is stress free. We are happy to oblige any specifications that you may have while also following healthy guidelines. These things include hand washing often, wearing a mask when around the baby if your family wishes and changing clothes/showering before and after the shift.
Our doulas are following strict social distancing protocol in their day to day lives and working hard to keep your families safe.
